Natural menopause remedy: Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)

Don't we all want to look and feel our best in life as we age? We run up against more challenges when we age than we did in our youth. Exercising, eating well, engaging in healthy relationships, and going in the sun and warm ocean to make us smile are contribut to happiness.
We get help from experts to improve our skin tone, lighten our load, and enhance our facial features, to name a few, so that our smiles truly do enhance our overall look and feel about ourselves.
What about hormones? Hormones play an important role in maintaining the receptors of every single organ in the body—brain cell, heart cell and skin cell.
Something to be aware of early on is that the slightest imbalance begins the degeneration process which might not become apparent for 10-15 years later. How do you know when it's time to start thinking about this? You have an idea that your body has begun its process once you have shorter menstrual cycles, irregular cycles or both. This happens because the fall in the levels of progesterone and estrogen signals the uterus to shed its endometrial lining prematurely. Testosterone, needed by women too to feel balanced, will also decline.
A women's body responds to the changing hormone balance with hot flashes, insomnia, depression, forgetfulness, mood changes, skin changes, and general dryness. Unfortunately, after these pleasures of life degenerate, diseases follow next as the organs age.
Anti-aging. Doesn't it seem like a good thing to treat yourself to a more vibrant and balanced life by alleviating unpleasant symptoms with a natural remedy? Doesn't it sound appealing to slow down the aging process? Yes.
Bioidentical hormones mimick the natural ups and downs of the body so that the body will respond as if the ovaries are still functioning normally. BHRT, however, is more complicated than taking a bunch of vitamins every morning. Since each person's hormone mixture is different, each hormone needs to be uniquely "fed" with the right amount at the right time. Bioidentical stands for identical to what's in the body. Being proactive by treating hormone imbalances before they take over seems like the answer.
Stress factor? It's interesting to me to analyze what factor stress plays in the speed at which hormones cause degeneration.
